Today, 5th April 2024 the Studio has been classified as 4 Star accommodation by 'Landes Attractivité' equivalent to the Tourist Board in the UK.
 

Located on the ground floor of the main house, this studio (furnished tourist accommodation) has a separate entrance and a large fitted kitchen dining area. 

You will love its 160cm bed, and the completely new Italian-style shower room and toilet, with its various accessories to make your stay comfortable.

Private mini terrace, parking space and access to the 7000m² park, barbecue, barn, mini farm, etc. Also available as a FIFTH bedroom excluding the kitchen which is not available for guests guest rooms.

The TV is 32" LED with Netflix included in your package. Also featured is a VPN, virtual private network, to enable you to watch The BBC, ITV and a whoile host of other international channels.

A DVD and a massive selection of fims, a radio, a Bluetooth speaker, USB charging points are also featured. WiFi is mandatory these days and you have access to the latest fibre connection.
